These terms govern your use of herdtest. This is a plain-language summary for an early-stage product and is not a substitute for legal advice.

Using herdtest

You must be 18+ and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

Sessions & payments

Builders post testing sessions and set the pay. When a builder accepts a tester, the session fee is held in escrow and released to the tester when the session is marked complete, or refunded if the spot is cancelled beforehand. Payments run in a test/mock mode until a real processor is connected.

NDAs

Some sessions require a non-disclosure agreement. Signing one is a binding commitment to keep the builder’s confidential information private, as described in that session’s terms.

Acceptable use

No harassment, fraud, scraping, attempts to break security, or misuse of another party’s confidential information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

herdtest is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
